Research On Technological Innovation And Business Model Innovation Coordination Of Fujian Equipment Manufacturing Industry Leading Enterprises

The innovation behavior of enterprises,especially the innovation behavior of leading enterprises in the core of industrial clusters,have great influence on the behavior of other subjects in regional innovation network.If the technological innovation system of the leading enterprises and the business model innovation system can cooperate and produce the synergistic effect,the enterprise innovation system will be promoted to the orderly direction of operation,and regional innovation system will succeed and develop.Therefore,the combination of technological innovation system and business model innovation system is of great significance to the development of regional innovation system,which is the key to maintain the status of leading enterprises and improve the capability of regional innovation.This research is based on the leading enterprises of equipment manufacturing industry in Fujian.Firstly,the author analyzes the technological innovation and business model innovation of leading equipment manufacturing enterprises in Fujian Province.Based on the rooting theory model,this paper constructs the index system of synergistic innovation between business innovation and business model innovation in leading enterprises.Based on the rooting theory,this paper constructs the model based on rooting theory,discusses the coordination mechanism between technological innovation system and business model system innovation of leading enterprises.This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry on the empirical research to the collaborative innovation of the technological innovation and the business model innovation of the equipment manufacturing industry in Fujian province;analyzes the revelation of the regional innovation system with the innovation of the technological innovation and the business model innovation,Finally,the main elements of the regional innovation system government departments,intermediaries,leading enterprises to promote the Fujian equipment manufacturing industry leading enterprises in technological innovation and business model innovation and coordination of recommendations.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Technological innovation will promote the innovation of leading enterprise business model,and promote the new value proposition,target market,business model and cost structure of leading enterprises.At the same time,business model innovation will also react to technological innovation,new customer needs,new industry environment,product value model and so on constitute the business model of the strategic level of innovation.Cross-departmental communication mechanism and so on constitute the business model of the operational level of innovation,the technical innovation system has a supporting role;cost model innovation,product value-added system constitutes a business model of profitability innovation,plays a complementary role in the technology innovation system.(2)Whether it is three primary indicators or 15 secondary indicators,equipment manufacturing industry leading enterprises "Long Gong" technological innovation and business model innovation collaborative evaluation results are better than "XiaGong",which with the study in the field of two research According to the collaborative model obtained by the leading enterprises in the equipment manufacturing industry in Fujian Province,the collaborative model of the technological innovation and the business model innovation of the leading enterprises is basically reflected.
