The new energy automobile industry developed rapidly in recent years and responded positively to the country's dream----"corner overtaking".In the process of achieving periodical results,the government has given huge support.Government subsidy is one of the most important factors that influences enterprise performance.The issue has received wide attention from all stakeholders.How does government subsidy affect the performance of new energy automobile enterprises and what impact do they have on all aspects of enterprise performance?First of all,this paper sorts out the theories about government subsidy motivation?enterprise performance evaluation and the relationship between government subsidy and enterprise performance at home and abroad.Secondly,the paper summarise the government subsidy policy in the new energy automotive industry and illustrats the subsidy's mechanism and policy dynamic changes.Thirdly,considering the impact of government subsidies?the amount of subsidies to enterprises and the structure of main business,the paper selects Asiastar Bus as a case study,using the comprehensive evaluation model for quantitative performance evaluation.Finally,based on the evaluation system,combining the financial and non-financial indicators to analyse the impact of government subsidies on business performance.This paper obtained the following conclusion and inspiration: 1.The government subsidies do help improve the comprehensive operating performance of Yaxing,but the business performance is strongly dependent on government subsidies.2.With the decline of government subsidies,enterprises should conform to the requirements of the market to establish competitive advantage to cope with the problems.
