At present,the research of financial monitoring theory at home and abroad is very rare,real-time financial monitoring will be formed by financial audit,risk management,internal contro l.Especially the number of the state-owned enterprises according to the requirements of the SASAC,the change of the exterior environment and own condition,gradually establish the monitoring system.But the electric power industry is the basic industry,involving to the people's livelihood,real-time monitoring system for the electric power industry is more representative,to provide theoretical reference for the energy industry and other industries.Therefore,this paper will research and construction of power grid enterprises real-time financial monitoring system.This paper generally research idea is: Firstly,by the interpretation of the financial audit,risk management and internal control theory,this paper expounds the current situation of real-time monitoring and construction of power grid enterprises.Secondly,to research on the financial information needs of real-time monitoring system,focusing on combing the analysis of the grid enterprise health index system,risk monitoring,scanning scheduling and job management module information needs.Thirdly,By constructing health index model,risk thermodynamic map model and other methods,supplemented by workflow design of the financial real-time monitoring system,and using JAVA and FLASH development.Meanwhile,this system has been deployed in the headquarters and 27 provinc ial power company of SGCC,drive the real-time monitoring system built which covers the whole company,to achieve closed-loop management,continuously to improve operating efficiency and efficiency of SGCC.
