Rural Tourism Planning Resrearch In Tengqiao Town Of Wenzhou City

With the development of China's economy,people's living standard has been improved,and the demand for spiritual and cultural aspects has been paid more attention.More and more entertainment is accepted by people and more and more families begin to travel,including rural tourism.For a long time,rural tourism has been regarded as a means to achieve economic and social development.More specifically,it can effectively increase the local sources of income,and increase employment,especially in some of the traditional agricultural employment in rural areas gradually declined.In addition,some travel agencies have begun to turn to rural tourism,in order to enrich their tourism products,and gradually accepted by the public.Tengqiao town has rich rural tourism resources,there are a number of beauty spots like Yan Ya Mountain,Long Niang Mountain,Ding Bu Tou farmhouse,but there are many problems in the tourism,such as:low development level of scenic spots,few kinds of Scenic products which have been developed,no ideal tourist traffic,lack of service facilities.These cause the slow development of TengQiao Town rural tourism.This paper takes the town of TengQiao in the city of Wenzhou as an example for the study of rural tourism planning.The main contents and conclusions as follows:First of all,this paper introduces the current situation of China' s tourism industry,and analyzes its development trend.At the same time,combined with the tourism development planning of Wenzhou,the paper studies the influence of the TengQiao' s tourism industry.Secondly,the paper introduces various scenic spots and rural tourism of TengQiao town,at the same time,Combined with superior planning,By comparing the respective features of the surrounding scenic spots,the paper analyzes the competitive and cooperative relationship of scenic spotsThirdly,the paper analyzes and evaluates the TengQiao rural tourism,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the rural tourism with SWOT.We make a general positon for the TengQiao rural tourism by the distribution of TengQiao rural tourism resources,To diagnose and analyze the problems existing in the tourist area of TengQiao town.Fourth,According to the characteristics of TengQiao tourist area,the tourist area of TengQiao town is located as”rural ecological leisure tourism destination”,adhere to the development of rural ecological leisure tourism products,take the development path of comprehensive and multi-functional Tourism,take ecological leisure mainly,make food,shelter,travel,purchase,entertainment and other factors supporting,then form a complete system,form comprehensive tourism productivity,promote the coordinated development of other industries.According to the actual situation of TengQiao tourist area,including land preparation,funding situation,the importance of the project and many other aspects,the development and construction of tourist areas are divided into three stages,the recent construction period is 2017-2019,the medium term is 2020-2022,the forward is 2023-2025.At the same time,Combined with the feature of resources,TengQiao tourist area topography,traffic situation and development,the spatial layout structure of "one core,one area,one circle" is determined.According to the various attractions TengQiao tourist area,we make tourism project development planning separately,and arrange suitable tour routes,develop rural tourism vigorously with the planning and construction of facilities for TengQiao tourist area.
