Research On Technical Efficiency And Financial Performance Of Eco-agricultural Listed Companies

The core problem in economics research field is efficiency;the efficiency is the goal of enterprise management.Ecological agriculture company as an important organizational form of industrialization of ecological agriculture,Make up the modern agriculture of high pollution,high investment and low reward defects,to realize the sustainable development,agricultural economy will play an important role to promote modern agriculture industrial upgrading..Operational efficiency evaluation of ecological agriculture listed company,puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to improve management efficiency of the company,is the key problems in the development of ecological agriculture in our country to be solved urgently.In view of this,this article choose Chinese ecological agriculture listed company as the research sample,using panel data of 2010~2015,the three stage DEA model was established,the Chinese ecological agriculture has carried on the empirical research on the technical efficiency of listed companies,and multivariate linear regression analysis of Chinese ecological agriculture the technical efficiency of listed companies and market competitiveness for empirical research,the article finally,the ecological agriculture company’s own needs,legal construction,financial and tax aspects put forward policy Suggestions.The first part of the thesis,mainly combed the scholars at home and abroad in recent years,academic research results about ecological agriculture.Analysis achievements of the predecessors,draw lessons from the experience of forefathers’ research,on this basis,the empirical analysis of the ecological agricultural listed companies at this stage of the production scale,technical efficiency and the competitiveness of the company.The second part is the empirical part.The first step in an empirical,the study of this article data is explained simply.Then using the listed 26 ecological agriculture companies’ panel data in 2010~2015,selecting rational environment variable,the three stage DEA analysis of the data,eliminating the influence of environment variables,compared before and after the change of technical efficiency,analysis of variable rejecting.Studies show that eliminating the influence of factors such as environmental factors and random errors,most of the ecological agriculture comprehensive technical efficiency of listed companies appeared a downward trend,among them,the pure technical efficiency has improved significantly,scale efficiency on both the overall downward trend,its average from 0.9 to 0.739,down 17.9%;The vast majority of the company has yet to achieve the best return to scale.The macroscopic economic expansion,rights and liabilities ratio such as environment variables to a certain extent,restrict the company to promote the efficiency of technology.The government subsidies,ownership concentration and equity balance degree,main business growth rate and net asset turnover the improvement of the environment variable is beneficial to the improvement of technical efficiency,moderate scale management is an effective way to improve technical efficiency of listed companies.The second step the empirical,in 2010~2015 panel data as samples,analyzes China’s ecological agriculture listed company’s corporate social responsibility and financial performance,the relationship between technical efficiency as the control variables,the effects of technical efficiency to improve financial performance,the study found that enterprises to actively fulfill financial performance is helpful to improve financial performance,to promote the efficiency of technology significantly improves the performance of social responsibility.The third part is the conclusions and recommendations,based on the foregoing analysis,combined with China’s national conditions and agricultural situation put forward to promote the sustainable and healthy development of ecological agriculture listed companies in China’s policies and Suggestions.
