The Relationship Between Financial Leasing And Regional Economic Development In Guangxi And Policy Suggestion

In 2015,the state gave three strategic positioning to the Guangxi zhuang autonomous region.Under the influence of complex factors at home and abroad,Guangxi is facing the pressures,such as the economic downturn,weak industrial investment,difficult to upgrade traditional industries.In order to solve the difficulties facing the economic development,and to ensure the national strategic positioning can smooth realization,the financial leasing is been as the object of study in this paper,trying to use it as a breakthrough point to solve practical problems.From the point of view of industrial economics,this paper takes financial leasing as an industry in the financial industry.The first,this paper combs the some basic theory of economics.Second,through obtaining a large number of first-hand data from some government departments of Guangxi,this paper analyzes the development situation of financial leasing in Guangxi,such as the scale of industry,structure of industry and operating conditions.Third,from the angle of industrial economics,this paper thinks there are seven problems in industry of financial leasing in Guangxi,and the four factors hindering it.The fourth,this paper analyzes the significance and feasibility of the development of financial leasing of Guangxi.Fifth,the article summarizes main measures to promote the development of financing leasing,and find the experience which can provide reference for the Guangxi.In the end,the article arrive at the four conclusions,and puts forward four policy suggestions.
