Research On Supervision Mode Of Medium And Small-sized Projects In Power Generation Enterprises

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of projects,strengthen the supervision and management in the process of design,manufacture and installation of important equipments for construction projects,and to ensure equipments quality and investment benefit,national large and medium-sized construction projects and above norm renovation projects with high investment,high technical level and strict quality requirements always require the supervision for implementation of equipments.Stand in the perspective of enterprises development,in thermal power enterprises,the projects with supervision for implementation of equipments are generally unit overhaul,major technological renovation and major repair projects(projects cost 10 million Yuan and above).Due to the introduction of equipment supervision in the process of design,manufacture,construction and commissioning,the implementation of these projects are effectively controlled,and can achieve the expected effect and investment return.But the power generation enterprises still have a part of the projects which cost between hundreds of thousands and millions,considering the investment return,low risk,simple management,etc,there is no equipment supervision for these projects,the whole life cycle of such projects are lack of third-party supervision,resulting in projects investment return is low and effective projects implementation cannot be guaranteed,some projects fail even,which led to waste of assets for the country and enterprises.Based on the characteristics of such projects,this article took medium and small-sized projects of power generation enterprises as examples,discussed and explored the necessity,feasibility and the concrete implementation scheme of "Supervision Mode for Medium and Small-Sized Projects In Power Generation Enterprises",in practice,demonstrate the feasibility,applicability and effectiveness of the supervision mode,by this way,to improve success rate of projects implementation and effective control for small and medium-sized projects investment.
