Application Research On Performance Evaluation Of A Pharmaceutical Enterprises Based On EVA

EVA(Economic Value Added,referred to as EVA)refers to the economic value added,referring to the adjusted net operating profit after tax deduct the total cost of capital invested after adjustment.With the development of social economy and improvement of the capital market,thefurther differentiation of the enterprise ownership and management,in order to achieve the company's expected incentive effect,theory and practice have been researchand establishan economic indicator that can encourage enterprise to unify the target of the owners and managers,and EVA just to solve this problem.Therefore,in-depth exploration of application effect of EVA in enterprise performance evaluation,finding the advantages of EVAand solving the problem that EVA is not widely used in enterprise,have positive significance for the long-term development of the enterprise and Consistent target of shareholdersand management.This article mainly uses the case analysis method,selects the A pharmaceutical enterprise as the case,carries on the research on the application effect of EVA in the enterprise performance evaluation.This paper consists of six parts,the first part is the introduction,firstly analyzes the research background,expounds the significance of the article on the basis of this,the domestic and foreign literatures,and then introduced the research content and methods and technology roadmap of the research;the second part describes the related theory of economic value added,to lay the foundation for case analysis;the third part first introduces the present situation of A pharmaceutical enterprise ofperformance evaluation,then analysis the problems of the existing performance evaluation system;the fourth part is to design anexecutive performance evaluation index system based on EVAforA pharmaceutical enterprise.;the fifth part will be the new executive performance evaluation index system is applied to the A pharmaceutical companies,and analysis the effects of the application,and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the performance of A pharmaceutical enterprises;the sixth part is the conclusion and limitations of this paper.As an important value management and performance evaluation tool of modern enterprises,EVA has shown strong vitality,but it has not been widely used in our country,mainly depends on some of its restricting factors.Therefore,the application of EVA in China's enterprises,on the one hand,we should continue to promote the advantages of EVA;on the other hand,according to the restricting factors associated with EVA,all we need to do isto improve the localization of EVA,to continue to perfect it,and let it play the proper role.
