Research On The Construction And Operation Mode Of Small And Medium-sized Smart Cities

On the one hand,a series of problems such as urban environmental pollution,traffic congestion,energy shortage and so on have already caused great distress to the people.On the other hand,industrial technology,information technology,cloud computing,mobile Internet,intelligent hardware,The rapid development of data has brought people's life to bring intelligence and convenience.When the rapid expansion of the development of the city and the combination of cutting-edge technology,it produced a "smart city" concept,the wisdom of the city for the development of the city encountered a series of problems to provide a solution.The construction of the smart city is of great significance to improve the efficiency of urban development,break through the bottleneck of urban development and realize the live and work of urban residents.In 2012,the Ministry of Housing and Urban and Rural Development began to carry out the pilot cities around the wisdom of the declaration.Up to now,all of China's sub-provincial cities,80% of the prefecture-level cities,nearly 200 counties and more than 500 large and medium-sized cities have been building smart city planning and practice.However,the construction and operation of the smart city,especially the small and medium-sized smart city,is still blind and the related theory is not mature.Therefore,it is necessary to study the construction and operation mode of the small and medium-sized smart city.Based on this,this paper starts from the related concept theory of smart city,and makes a summary of the concept,research status,value analysis,connotation and traditional construction mode of smart city.Secondly,combined with the background of the project,Brief introduction and main construction content,detailed analysis of the wisdom of Yangxin fund raising,the overall framework of the construction and operation mode,and elaborated the wisdom of Yangxin project next step in the construction plan.Thirdly,through the comprehensive introduction and in-depth study of the wisdom of the letter,the analysis of the wisdom of Yangxin project and project-led company's internal and external environment,to lay the foundation for countermeasures.Finally,through the questionnaire and theoretical analysis to find out some problems in the construction operation and propose solutions for the futureconstruction of small and medium-sized smart city to provide some reference and experience.This chapter is divided into seven chapters,the first chapter is introduced,the second chapter is about the relevant theory of wisdom city,the third chapter is the summary of wisdom and trustworthy PPP project,the fourth chapter wisdom Yangxin project construction and operation mode key analysis,the fifth Chapter 6 is the analysis of the problems and countermeasures in the construction and operation of the project,and the seventh chapter is the conclusion.
