This paper is based on the problems of mutual insurance and e-mutual platforms,and put forward a new insurance forms—online mutual insurance.And using an pricing model to calculate the needed premium.The current e-mutual platform is a powerful supplement of the commercial health insurance and social security.It is just beginning.So,this paper could provide a normalized model for it.Many low-income people will be benefit from it,thus to better improve the social security system of our country.Firstly,summarized the meaning and the development of the mutual insurance and the e-mutual platform,then illustrated comparisons between the stock insurance company,the mutual insurance company and the e-mutual platform.These comprehensive comparisons showed that there are lots of advantages of developing the online mutual insurance.Then from the theory angle to analyze it.Then the article introduces three problems of the current e-mutual platform,mainly focuses on its solvency,running mode and the stable membership,then put forward the topic—to develop the online mutual insurance.Begin with the necessity and the advantage of developing the online mutual insurance.Because the pricing of this kind of e-mutual platform didn't consider risks,so this article gives the pricing model,respectively summarizes the basic concept and principle of it,then combining the product of Shuidi mutual platform to calculate the insurance premium of different ages.The conclusion is that the premium is less than the commercial disease insurance.Then analysis the feasible of it,mainly about four aspects,the initial working capital and membership,the organization structure and the operation mode,the possibility of taking mutual insurance licenses,the profit model and information disclosure.The analysis showed that the feasibility of developing online mutual insurance.Finally we give the proposal from the government and self perspective.
