China is one of the few countries in the world with coal as the main energy source.The energy structure of “rich coal,lean oil and less gas” determines that we should develop coal chemical industry.In recent years,the vigorous development of coal chemical industry has been the concern of the state and society and coal chemical industry has showed intensive development trend.As a result,a number of coal chemical industry bases have been built.The role of coal chemical logistics in the development of coal chemical industry base is gradually highlighted and how to use modern logistics technology means to ensure the normal operation of the base logistics under the premise of reducing logistics costs and improving economic efficiency has become an issue worthy of great attention.Coal chemical industry base need to purchase and transport the coal resources which are the main raw material of the bases on a large scale and the logistics cost of coal resources accounts for a high proportion of the total cost of the production of coal chemical products.On the one hand,the high efficiency of transporting the large-scale coal raw materials to the base plays a significant role in ensuring the normal production of various projects;on the other hand,reducing the input cost of coal logistics which accounts for a high proportion of the total logistics costs has an important role to play in reducing the production cost.The resources of logistics equipment in bases serving as the carrier of logistics activities,its rational allocation can not only improve the efficiency of logistics operations,but also improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.Based on studying the status quo of coal chemical industry logistics and logistics resources allocation,this study takes the logistics equipment resources of large coal chemical industry as the research object,and takes the logistics process of the base coal input as the research scope,and establishes the logistics equipment resources configuration model which sets the operation cost of logistics equipment as the target.By using differential evolution algorithm to solve the problem,combined with the actual case of the allocation of base logistics equipment resources,the scheme is thereby proposed.The details of the study are shown as follows:(1)The paper firstly analyzes the factors related to the allocation of logistics equipment and logistics equipment resources,and then researches on the characteristics of coal chemical logistics and logistics equipment resources,and at last establishes the cost-oriented mathematical model for the optimization of logistics equipment resources allocation in coal chemical industry base.The engineering problem is therefore transformed into a mathematical problem.(2)Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the equipment allocation model and the advantages and disadvantages of various solutions,a differential evolution algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of logistics equipment resource allocation.By changing the generation pattern of the initial population of the differential evolution algorithm and improving the variation and cross operation,the performance of the algorithm is improved.The effectiveness of the improved effect is verified by the test function.(3)According to the actual engineering case of a large coal chemical industry base in northwest China,the improved differential evolution algorithm is used to optimize the equipment resource allocation in the process of coal chemical industry,and the equipment allocation scheme is compared before and after the optimization.The results show that the cost of logistics equipment resource allocation scheme of coal chemical industry base is lower than that of the original configuration scheme.At the same time,the scheme of resource allocation of logistics equipment for base future projects is given,which provides the guidance and reference for the allocation of equipment resources.
