Study On Industrial Structure Development Effects Of Foreign Direct Investment In Heilongjiang Province

As a world's most scarce factor, the development of FDI promotes the rapid growth of the world economy through capital and knowledge supply and technology spillover effect. At the same time, as the basic form of the global industrial relocation, the importance of the upgrading and optimization of industrial structure which FDI brings to the host country is becoming more and more focused. After entering the 21st century, with the development of the technology revolution, under the background of the global industrial structure adjustment,countries begin the acceleration of industrial structure to technology, capital,intensive industrial upgrading. Technology and capital intensive industries become the main objects of industry transfer and the service industry has become a new hot spot of industrial transfer.Since China's reform and opening up, use of FDI in Heilongjiang province has obtained certain performance. FDI inflows not only alleviate the shortage of capital in the process of economic development in Heilongjiang province,promoted the rapid growth of export-oriented economy, but also lead the national economy to the development of the industrialization, marketization and internationalization of the trinity. With China's accession to the WTO and the deepening of the national revitalization of northeast old industrial base policy, attracting foreign direct investment in Heilongjiang province is facing a new opportunity. In this context,we not only need to make a deep understanding of the level of economic development of Heilongjiang province and the status of the foreign direct investment, but also the relationship between economic growth and foreign direct investment of Heilongjiang province need to be analyzed,and more in need is the research of how FDI influences the economic system and industrial structure of Heilongjiang province, thus to give some empirical support and help to the future policy of attracting foreign capital in the adjustment of Heilongjiang province.First of all, in this paper,using the method of time series analysis to analyze the relationship between economic growth of Heilongjiang province and FDI,and the research suggests that there is a positive correlation between economic growth of Heilongjiang province and foreign direct investment, although their growth is unsteady,but we get a co-integration relationship between them; there is a one-way relationship between economic growth of Heilongjiang province and foreign direct investment, that is, foreign direct investment is the cause of the economic growth in Heilongjiang province, but the economic growth of Heilongjiang province is not the cause of the foreign direct investment growth.Secondly, this paper uses installment hysteresis model to expound the actual use of foreign direct investment in Heilongjiang province's impact on GDP. Foreign direct investment, after the formation of the lag of a few years can show the supply of output effect.Using regression model for further analysis and research of stock of FDI and the respectively proportion of three industries output value indicates that foreign direct investment promotes the rise in the proportion of the tertiary industry in Heilongjiang province and makes the evolution of the industrial structure of Heilongjiang province to the fundamentals. Through the analysis of the three models, we also obtained the influence degree that the foreign direct investment to the proportion changes of three industries of Heilongjiang province.
