Research On The Estimation Of The Cost Of Equipment Software Based On CBR

With the rapid development of modern military technology, the software is playing a further more important role in the weapon equipment system. Due to the high technical,high complexity,high security characteristics of equipment software,the cost is also improved gradually,which becomes the important component of China's defense spending.Therefore, how to implement the cost of equipment software in the previous period accurately and rapidly seems to be a key affecting factor of controlling and managing the cost in the later period.This paper identifies the estimate cost of equipment software as the research object which defining the concept of equipment software and its cost. It demonstrates the shortage of cost estimation method of the systematize software and promote applying case-based reasoning technology to estimate the cost of our country's equipment software so that we can analyze the present situation and problems of the current equipment software cost estimation based on this. On account of the learning of the related literature and foreign mature software cost estimation model, combining the characteristics of the equipment software in constructing the index system of equipment software cost drive factors,determining the case attributes of equipment software cost estimation, transforming the collected equipment software case into case form by frame method to form case warehouse.We use fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of case attributes,promoting the nearest neighbor algorithm as the method of case similarity calculation,attributing similarity to match the old case equipment software actual cost as a reference,retrieving the old case which has a high similarity to the attribute of equipment software cost, so that we can estimate the equipment software cost of the target case. Finally, we do empirical analysis by making a particular type of flight control software a specific estimate object.This paper put forward an estimate method of equipment software based on CBR,hoping to be a reference of our country's equipment software cost estimation in the future.
