Our proprietary varieties approved 9000 kinds,there are about 58 thousand approval number,although a wide variety,but the market competitiveness is not strong,not many varieties of sales exceeding 100 million yuan.Not only artemisinin products patent is foreign registered,many Chinese medicine intellectual property resources by foreign occupation,Chinese traditional medicine industry is facing the serious threat of intellectual property.China's traditional Chinese medicine due to lack of core technology patent protection in the international market competitiveness is low,as raw materials and extracts of the supply base,the international medicine market is mainly in Japan,Korea,Germany and other countries to control.LW also has a similar problem,in order to protect proprietary core technology,to improve LW's proprietary product market competitiveness,promote the rapid and healthy development of the company LW,it is necessary to carry out research on LW Chinese medicine secondary development of patent management.This paper uses the theory and method of project management to analyze the existing Chinese medicine secondary development of patent management main steps and methods,main contents,achievements,problems,and management of secondary development of Chinese patent medicine.A case study of patent management of secondary development of LW company,this paper analyzes the process of patent management of LW company and the forming process of patent management system.This paper analyzes and demonstrates the risk of patent management experience of secondary development of Chinese patent medicine in LW company,the formation of patent management consensus,the process of patent management and the results obtained.Finally,this paper analyzes the problems existing in LW company,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.There are problems in the patent management system of LW company,such as the system is not perfect,the Patent Foundation is weak,the patent competition ability is not strong,and the patent management ability is not high.The proposed LW company through strategy,management,operation three aspects to further strengthen secondary development of Chinese medicine full patent management,patent management to achieve maximum benefits;the proposed LW company in phase,concluding stages the implementation phase of the project,to further strengthen the traditional Chinese medicine secondary development to carry out the whole process of development of patent management,patent management enhance the maximum effect and the maximum effect.
