A Case Study Of Hikvision Enterprise Growth

The enterprise as the main body of market activity,its competitiveness is not only related to the enterprise itself but also related to the existence and development of the market economy with the rapid development of China's market economy.However,the current enterprise development environment,governance capacity,size of various shapes.The entrepreneurs are concerned is that how to growth from small to mature and have competitive ability and how to maintain the vitality of the young.The investors are concerned about how to choose a growth of enterprise and to follow the market volatility to the market value of assets management.In this thesis,the author combined his experience in the security industry with the analysis of Hikvision enterprise through the global market based on industry,from the perspective of the development of the security industry,the reform of the governance of global competition,and the enterprise's own point of view,by using the theory of valuation.The main findings of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the basic cause of rapid growth is product innovation and market innovation.A new entrant with the development of enterprises is constantly breaking their own bottlenecks,and constantly looking for new areas.Secondly,a modern enterprise management and its level of growth should be gradual,in the growth of learning in the study of growth,in different stages,in the need for different management methods.Thirdly,the real contribution of enterprise growth lies in the creation of wealth,in order to evaluate the value of the enterprise,this paper studies the equity method and earnings based on Hikvision 2011-2015 financial and operating data gives the corresponding valuation reference,and pointed out that the current market value is lower than the real intrinsic value.At the same time,the author points out that the study of valuation should be based on the fact that the root cause of the growth premium of the enterprise and the high return on investment.In this paper,these problems the growth of small and medium enterprises and the estimated enterprise value of the mining are given a certain reference.
