Under the background of the economic globalization, the rapid development of Chinese manufacturing form a huge industry chain in response to the strategy of"going global". Currently, the Chinese manufacturing companies have to develop through the scientific and effective methods of supply chain network programming method to support the enterprise strategy orientation and implementation. This dis-sertation is to research and design a multi-product, multi-echelon and mul-ti-objective supply chain network simulation model through the supply chain net-work programming and optimization method based on the auto parts manufacturing industry , to aim at solving of supply chain optimization problem in M group. The model is optimized the decision variables through Witness simulation optimization technology, and to be proposed the referential measures for M group management decision.The main contents are introduced as below chapters:Chapter 1 is general introduction, to introduce the research background, pur-pose and significance of the thesis, as well as the related research status in domestic and abroad, and summarizes the application of supply chain network programming in manufacturing industry of China, with introduction of following chapter ar-rangement of the dissertation.Chapter 2 is the knowledge summary of supply chain network programming and Witness simulation technology, mainly systematically introduces the supply chain network programming regarding the contents, methodology and performance inspection, and also introduces Witness system, to provide the theoretical basis for the following supply chain modeling and simulation optimization.Chapter 3 is supply chain business model analysis of M group, to introduce M group and its product manufacturing process according to auto parts supply chain characteristic.In the chapter the supply chain characteristic and the graphic business process of M group is stated with its running principle from PDCA cycle and supply chain collaboration mechanism.Chapter 4 is supply chain network optimization modeling of M group, to illus-trate the problem that M group suffers, and defines the objectives with hypothetical conditions; the dissertation formulates a 0-1 mixed integer programming model, and puts forward the objective functions, decision variables and constraint conditions.Chapter 5 is M group supply chain network optimization based on Witness simulation, to program the Witness simulation model per M group supply chain process, and to be optimized under two conditions of capacity constraint and capac-ity unconstraint for each, to analyze the capacity layout and propose the optimiza-tion suggestions through the variable decision comparison. Meanwhile,considering the probable market changes, it analyzes the impact of following 2 to 4 years' ran-dom and dynamic customer forecasts on the decision of the supply chain networks optimization, and the actions need to be taken by the company.Chapter 6 is the summary and prospects, summarizes the main work and con-clusion of the dissertation, and prospects the following extension of related research.
