The continuous development of China's auto industry,which brings opportunities and benefits.At the same time,it also leads to more intense competition in the industry.Under this background,the enterprises are increasingly concerned about the logistics cost controlling in addition to the product,service and price.As the beginning of automobile logistics,the spare parts supply logistics not only plays an important role,but also is the key link of reducing logistics cost.Therefore,the automobile enterprises also keep improving the logistics efficiency and reducing the logistics cost through the continuous improvement of the parts supply logistics mode.As a new mode of the spare parts supply logistics,Milk Run has been favored by the automobile enterprises because of its multi batches,small volume and timing characteristics can reduce logistics costs effectively.It has been used widely in foreign countries and has achieved good effect.But,the development of Milk Run is relatively slow and has very few successful case in our country due to some limitations.Under this background,through the research on the theory and application of Milk Run at home and abroad,this article proposed to establish the recycling delivery model of Milk Run in the suppliers led,that conforms to the characteristics of the domestic automobile industry.On the basis of reading and summarizing the research literatures in domestic and foreign,first of all,this article elaborates the theoretical method of Milk Run,and analyzed the operation process of the implementation of Milk Run.Then,this article researched the key link of planning and designing Milk Run---the vehicle routing optimization problem,and established the mathematical model.This model takes the optimal cost as the goal,cancels the restriction of the demand that is not be split in the traditional vehicle routing problem,and increases the constraint of the soft time window.All these make the model has more realistic significance.Next,this article designed the Tabu Search algorithm to solve the mathematical model,and prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm by the example of S company.At the last,this article try conbinging the delivery batch to balance the inventory and transportation cost.This article established a recycling delivery model of Milk Run in the spare parts suppliers led.That hopes to provide a new direction for the automobile enterprises when they want to improve the supply logistics model.The model and algorithm can be applied to the actual planning,and provide theoretical support for the path optimization of Milk Run.
