The Study Of Financing Efficiency About Medical Device Industry In NEEQ

At present,China's economy down,poor external business environment,tighten banks loans,all of these improve the difficulty of middle and small-sized enterprises(SMEs)gaining the loans,because our SMEs mainly get loans by bank?In2013,the National Equities Exchange and Quotations(NEEQ)was born,which opened a door for SMEs to capital market?More and more SMEs has been a member of NEEQ,their financing channels has been broadened,like floating stocks,additional stock issue tailed,asset-restructuring and so.After that,these financing activities had what kind of impact on the enterprise's financing activities,the difficulty of financing was improving or not,financing efficiency level was improved or not,the study of which has important practical significance.It is a problem to be studied that the financing,level of companies improved or not.The numbers,transaction and financing scale of medical device industry in NEEQ are the important sample.This article aims to improve some theory basis and suggestions for SMB to be a member of NEEQ,by study the efficiency and factors of the medical device industry in NEEQ.This article from the small business financing theory,mainly including the financing structure theory,enterprise growth cycle theory and the theory of financing efficiency,on the basis of combing theory analysis,summarized the development of the NEEQ.First of all,this article shares general situation of NEEQ since it was founded in 2006,from the listed size,industry distribution,etc.Then,focus on the current situation of health care business,from the industry liquidity,Industry liquidity,relative valuation,etc.It was found that the NEEQ attracted the thousands of the companies and total amount of financing was growing,but are lowerlow levels of activity in NEEQ,valuations relatively low,while most of listed companies are Internet companies.This article chose some2013-2015 financial data from 100 medical device companies,and these data was used to dimensionless method.By the model of the DEA,analyze the results from the listing time and scale return,then conclusion indicated that financing efficiency was not high,different as the listing time,but was improving as a whole about the medical device industry in NEEQ.Based on the above conclusions,this article makes suggestions from the companies,the NEEQ and government.
