Build Strategic Budget Management System For Z Enterprise

With the development of the times,the internal management of the enterprise is also in progress.From the beginning of the 20 th Century to the present,budget management as an important means of management is constantly improving.As a kind of advanced budget management,strategic budget management can effectively improve the level of internal management.Through the organic combination of enterprise strategy and budget management,we can achieve a good internal control mechanism and reasonable allocation of enterprise resources,and ultimately achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise.Z enterprise as a large manufactural enterprise,since the establishment,from had no budget management to have rough budget management,and then to get comprehensive budget management.It has been through the continuous improvement of its own internal management mechanism,to achieve a reasonable allocation of enterprise resources,improve business efficiency,to enhance the core competitive power of enterprises and other objectives.But with the expansion of the scale of enterprises,domestic and overseas business growth,so that the existing comprehensive budget management of Z enterprise has been unable to meet its development needs.Therefore,to construct strategic budget management system on the basis of the existing comprehensive budget management system has become the real needs of Z enterprises.Comprehensive budget management and strategic budget management are required all-round,the whole process,full participation;and the difference is whether there is a development strategy,rolling budget,etc.This paper aims to build a strategic budget management system for Z enterprises,so it will be written from the whole process.First,this thesis analyzes the current comprehensive budget management system of Z enterprises,and finds out the problems and points out the necessity of the reform.Then,I will through the theoretical basis and combined with self-study to improve the existing problems in the current budget management system of Z enterprise,and on this basis,in order to build strategic budget management system I will expand which the original system does not have.Finally,the implementation of the strategic budget management system can be guaranteed by sharing the information system,strengthening the talent pool and etc.This thesis hopes to provide a reference for the implementation of strategic budget management system for other large manufacturing enterprises through the construction of Z enterprise strategic budget management system.
