In 90 s,our company begun to adopt the equity incentive,there have been several wave of equity incentive.In 2011,the equity incentive companies began to increase in China.By 2015,the blowout style eruption started a new upsurge of equity incentive again.Equity incentive based on principal-agent theory,the implementation of a long-term incentive mode,it gives incentive object through the dividend brought to the incentive distribution of the growth performance of the company,in order to solve the owner and the operator of the company due to the principal interests generated by the agency cost problem,so that can effectively attract and retain talent.In view of the equity incentive in high-tech enterprises is more prominent,so the paper selects the Pc Limited,Pc Limited of the equity incentive(called Newland)as the research object,introduces the equity incentive scheme,compared with the information technology industry average time,and the new continent were similar the enterprise,such as equity and other properties similar to Dahua Company data comparison.This paper begins with the year,the implementation of equity incentive as the dividing line,between the implementation of equity incentive three years before and after the implementation of equity incentive data,design and research of the new scheme,the five elements about equity incentive.We find that the equity incentive,continued growth in operating results,but the Newland's equity incentive programs exist in the performance indicators set a single,unlocked condition is too low,the number of shares granted less,its equity incentive mode and grant price are unreasonable and other issues.This paper puts forward some corresponding adjustment suggestions for the problems existing in the equity incentive,which will provide reference for the equity incentive program of the new mainland and other listed companies.Most of the research on equity incentive is based on its performance and study its equity incentive effect.This paper provides a way to a certain extent,the study of equity incentive from the elements of equity incentive incentive plan starting,the development stage and basic structure of the staff in the full study of the research,the company under new ownership.The company can start from the five elements of equity incentive,formulate a reasonable equity incentive plan for high-techenterprises is more effective to retain talent and play its due role,improve the company's equity incentive plan,and not for the convenience of the industry to follow the "trend",apply to other company's equity incentive plan.
