The core content of exploration and application of big data in J bank credit card bills staging based on the design,through the Bank of J big data project development,project implementation is described,and large data applications in other aspects of the credit card,the overall framework and the main content of this article.J bank issued a credit card for more than ten years,the number of credit cards and the number of customers each year with the growth rate of two digit leader in the same industry.Credit card as a consumer credit tools,to provide customers with convenient,to achieve a "first consumption after the repayment" of the basic functions,to ease the pressure on the customer.In the specific application scenarios,each part of the customer in the bills before the repayment,the problems are temporary shortage of funds or financial needs,need bank installment payment or repayment extension may be exempted from the resulting break up the whole into parts,bad credit.For banks,it can improve service satisfaction through the billing stage,enhance the level of revenue,retain customers,so that customers create a higher value.Billing installments on the client,the banks are good,and each billing period has accumulated a large amount of transaction amount,the monthly turnover of the bill is growing,the development prospects of the bill staging business is huge.Although the credit card is imported,due to technical barriers,or the reasons for the protection of intellectual property rights,experience in system construction,credit card management,customer marketing,risk control,there is no reference in china.How to let the customer obtain convenient installment billing business knowledge,how to impress customers to use the bill stage in the bill stage business to obtain higher profits is the bank research topic,for the banks is blank.In recent years,J bank by studying the needs of customers,launched a Billing Division business,from the price,the marketing channels have done a try,but the business growth is less than expected.Through the study on big data,establish customer transaction data model of customer group characteristics,consumer habits,repayment default probability of continuous screening of customers;through a strategy of active marketing,customer usage,installment billing transactions significantly,big data applications have achieved remarkable results.J bank and large data analysis applications to customer development,precision marketing,risk detection and other business aspects,the growth of customers,customer marketing success rate significantly increased,the customer's default rate decreased significantly.Credit card is a large-scale business,a large number of customers,a wide range of customers,risk awareness,risk preferences are different.How to better serve customers,to obtain a higher profit,with scientific means,big data thinking,applied to the management and service sectors,the credit card industry needs to adhere to the idea.This paper mainly according to the following four parts to describe:The first part of the concept of the article,describes the decision-making theory,project management theory and big data pre decision-making theory and other content,put forward the theoretical basis for J bank statements,as well as the specific application in practice.The second part is the application part,J described how banks use big data related theories in the credit card bill stage of the project design,modeling,construction and application of branch,directly display data on the bill stage marketing success rate and customer growth.The third part belongs to the advantages and disadvantages of analysis,descriptive analysis,comparison of J bank using a large data theory favorable and drawbacks in the application process of the bill through the analysis,objective look at big data in the credit card application significance and needs improvement.The fourth part belongs to the promotion,describing the J bank through the use of big data management theory in customer groups analysis,part of the branch of research data,credit card and credit card value matrix of decision optimization technology research,the depth of mining.The fifth part is the conclusion and outlook of the article,through the J bank credit card big data application summary,looking forward to the future of big data in the application of credit cards will be developed by leaps and bounds.Overall,and exploration of large data applications from the J bank credit card bill installments as the breakthrough point,through the application of credit cards in other areas,showing the application of big data to boost the future development of the credit card.
