Research On The Financing Efficiency Of The New-type SMEs Listed In The Technology-based SMEs

On the development of entreprise,the important context is fiannce of firms.Domestic and foreign scholars in this area conducted many researches.Today,China technology enterprise is the force of improvement of national economy.But they can not get better financial support from the traditional financing channels.Due to the characteristics of smaller scale and a few mortgage assets,leading to more risky problem and financing difficultily.At the end of 2013,NEEQ opened facing to the whole market,providing a new path of financing.The context put the empathesis on the research of listing of China technology enterprise,with the method of DEA--Malmquist index,selecting reasonable DMU and variable of input&output.From the two angles of static and dynamic,the paper analyzes the financing efficiency of China technology enterprise in NEEQ.Then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the financing efficiency of China technology enterprise in NEEQ,providing effective basis for the selection of financing channels.
