As the financing is the head of the enterprise activity,the perfect coordination and arrangement of financing methods can not only meet the needs of enterprises,but also reduce the financing cost and financing risk.Nowadays,the market of real estate is facing reshuffle: policy transfer makes the estate enterprises lives hardly.The environment makes many small and medium-sized real estate enterprises to choose the strategic transformation,and the strategic transformation of the financial needs of the financing problem has become the top priority of these real estate companies.HY is a business transformation in the real estate business,the company plans in 2020 to complete the strategic transformation of the real estate to the medical and supply chain financial industry.Faced with the enormous pressure on the transformation of funds,HY's top priority is the need to quickly make reasonable financing plans and programs.With the continuous development of China's financial market,the increasingly diversified financing channels,HY companies can choose the financing channels has become more abundant: in addition to traditional bank loans,two open market equity financing,private placement,public offering of debt financing and private financing,debt financing and mergers and acquisitions fund medium-term notes and other financing the financing channels are becoming the new darling of community.In this paper,through the analysis of this series of financing are the advantages and disadvantages,combined with HY's transformation of capital demand characteristics,personalized customized most in line with the company's current operating status of the financing way,with a minimum of minimum financing cost,financing risk to meet the capital requirements of the company.After carrying out a full range of stress tests on the program,we can confirm that the financing target can still be basically completed under various pressure conditions,which shows that the scheme has strong ability to resist risks.In addition,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the financing plan,in the end of this paper,the corresponding safeguards are designed to resist the impact of financing risks to the program.In this paper,as a financing plan for the real estate enterprises of listed companies,and combined with the current capital market emerging financing tools,the study has a certain degree of cutting-edge and practical.In this paper,the stress test is introduced as one of the criteria to evaluate the anti risk ability of the project,and it can also provide a reference for the design of the financing plan.
