| This paper is based on the financial statements of Weichai Power Co.,Ltd.and apply the Harvard Analytical Framework to analyse.Firstly,the Harvard Analytical Framework is clarified,including the logic component and the analysis dimension.Then this paper analyse the strategy,accountancy,and finance of Weichai Power Co.,Ltd..The logic beginning of this paper is strategy part,for the purpose to clarify their business environment and Future development strategy.It is more persuasive to analyse with the macro background of the industry.Secondly,this paper did the accountancy analysis of Weichai Power Co.,Ltd.according to the Harvard Analytical Framework.The main contents are the accounting policies and accounting estimates for the fixed assets,accounts receivable and inventory.Only the accuracy of accounting analysis can be guaranteed,and then the financial analysis can be carried out smoothly.Combined with what we have discussed,the finance analysis is focused on the evaluation of solvency,profitability,and growth ability of Weichai Power Co.,Ltd.In order to make the right point,these four aspects are compared with Sany,and Chinese Yunnei and Power Truck.At last,this paper made a prediction to the industry,and promote the advice according to the problems that Weichai Power Co.,Ltd.exists.At the same time I hope that it could be a reference to other enterprises in the same industry.In the developing road of the economy of China,automotive assembly and manufacturing industry is one of the most important industries.And they are developing rapidly with the highly development of China's economy.Weichai Power Co.,Ltd.has become one of the most powerful enterprise in current China even the whole world.In this paper,the aspect was comprehensive analysed and evaluated,and I hope to make some strong suggestions to make the management of the company more reasonable and effective,and set a positive role to the other enterprises in this industry. |
