| In recent years,our country enterprise employees facing too much pressure of work,not only affect individual’s physical and mental health,cause the symptom such as insomnia,but also to the life and the efficiency of organization have produced great influence,some psychological and social problems,these phenomena are caused the attention of people from all walks of life.With the continuous development of market economy,enterprises are so right and the pattern of management separates,competition between enterprises is constantly intense and growing,it is also one of the factors that cause employees work pressures increase.Enormous pressure to the organization and staff to bring a lot of negative effects,reduce the work of the staff enthusiasm,so that the organization run slow,inefficient,cannot achieve the established goals,affect the development of the organization at the same time also hinder the staff’s personal development,family and social problems will threaten the construction of a harmonious society.Research on employees’ job stress is numerous,scholars from different angles and sides to study,but from a moral study of relationship between leadership and staff work pressure,as a result,a large number of carding and research the author through the literature,trying to clarify the relationship between moral leadership and staff pressure,explore leaders have what kind of leadership traits to employees to play an active role,reduce staff stress,build moral leadership culture and environment,improve the staff’s working enthusiasm and efficiency,provide advice and conditions to improve the enterprise benefit.So by studying the moral leadership impact on employee job stress become a problem urgently to be solved in the present.In order to open up a new train of thought of organizational stress management,in order to research this study focused on whether the moral leadership can alleviate the pressure of the employees work.This research in the related concept of moral leadership,working pressure,on the basis of theory and research status at home and abroad,designs the six dimensions of job stress scale,build the simple effect model of moral leadership to the work pressure.Using the statistical software SPSS 17.0 analysis was carried out including the reliability and validity analysis,descriptive statistics,independent samples T test,single factor analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis methods,such as data analysis,probes into the dimension of moral leadership and staff work pressure,studied them in the difference of variables,and analyzes the effects of moral leadership to the work pressure.The four hypotheses proposed examined respectively,obtained the following three main conclusions: moral leadership is negatively related to the overall working pressure;Have effects on enterprise nature of the control variables for both correlation;Can be used to predict moral leadership to the work pressure. |
