As the basic cell of the national economy,small and micro enterprises have always been an important force to promote the sustained development of the national economy.In recent years,the development of small and micro enterprises from the central to local governments at all levels and the community's active attention and support.As a state-owned commercial bank,to develop small and micro enterprise loan business,not only respond to the govenment's call,but also to achieve their sustainable development of stategic choice.In the small and medium-sized enterprise loan business,how to financial institutions and non-financial institutions under the challenge of challenges,combined with their own natural resources,both to maintain the existing market,but also open up new markets,marketing strategy application Enhance the competitiveness of the strategic guarantee.In this paper,the marketing strategy of small micro-credit business of XIBC Bank S Branch is studied.According to the theory of marketing and micro-credit,the paper describes the current development of S-branch's credit business,analyzes the macro-environment and strategic environment from the perspective of XIBC bank's own characteristics,Target market,designed to meet customer needs,reduce customer costs,strengthen communication with customers,to provide customers with convenient marketing strategy,while the use of 4P strategy for specific target customer base analysis,in order to promote XIBC Bank small business credit business development.Finally,the author puts forward some effective measures to ensure the implementation of the project from four aspects:mechanism personnel construction,central mode optimization,credit business breakthrough and risk control.Based on the theory of marketing,this paper makes a comprehensive and detailed marketing strategy for the small and micro enterprise loan business of XIBC Bank.It can provide a marketing guidance for the development of small and micro enterprise loan business.It also hopes to provide the marketing guidance for other small commercial banks Loan marketing,there are similar problems,there is a reference.
