Early in the last fifties or sixties,China wholesale and retail enterprises have carried out the business of own brand,which have been widely favored by consumers.For a long time,because of the homogenization and some other reasons in nonproprietary sales channels,some large chain retail enterprise competitiveness has been weakened.The expert points out,the large retail enterprises need to change their operating style to the self-operating,and this is general trend.BLXY,founded in 1992,is a famous footwear brand chain in China,which has the first self sales chain network.This paper,based on the analysis of the BLXY Company's introduction,its related competition,human resources,proprietary retail terminal staff performance appraisal status,and their demand,combines its original KPI performance appraisal scheme and BSC evaluation method.With the purpose of the company's development strategy and performance evaluation,combining with the SWOT analysis results and employees' individual value differences,using the strategy of BSC and KPI index decomposition methods,to strict management standards and refine the performance appraisal index,this paper proposes that the new performance appraisal program should combine the enterprise brand construction and employees own value on the basis of the long-term strategic of enterprise.After discussion and analysis,this paper studies the performance appraisal system designation and evaluation methods on the retail terminal staff and puts forward some targeted suggestions.I hope this can give a certain reference to the transformation of nonproprietary sales enterprises.
