The Study Of Employee Affective Commitment And Turnover Intention In E-commerce Enterprises Of B2C Model

The quality of personnel is uneven and control is difficult in B2 C model of e-commerce enterprises.This article takes B2 C mode e-commerce enterprise as carrier and takes the working staff as the research object.Collecting data through questionnaires and taking emotional commitment as the starting point and introducing job satisfaction mediator variables.Combined with SPSS and structural equation modeling method,the paper analyzes the relationship between the factors that affect the turnover of employees in the B2 C model of electricity business enterprises and tries to provide a theoretical reference for enterprises to reduce the loss of personnel and turnover of the study.This paper constructs employee turnover tendency theory model of the B2 C model e-commerce enterprise and new questionnaires of turnover tendency questionnaire and measurement scale system.This study presents the dimensions of B2 C model e-commerce employees' emotional commitment and job satisfaction.Emotional commitment includes employee identity to the enterprise,employee's sense of belonging and the emotional dependence of the three dimensions of the staff.Job satisfaction includes remuneration,job and personal match,communication environment,interpersonal relationships and job opportunities.B2 C model e-commerce employees' emotional commitment is negatively related to turnover intention.Job satisfaction is negatively related to turnover intention.Emotional commitment is positively related to job satisfaction.Job satisfaction is a mediator variable and plays a part in the mediating role between emotional commitment and resignation.
