Due to over capacity in the industry,while the demand for cement industry is continuing to decline,in such a grim form,how to save the cost of cement enterprises is particularly important.Transportation costs accounted for the large proportion of the total cost,how to select the most reasonable transportation route in the process of transportation plays a key role in reducing the cost of transportation.In view of how to optimize the transport path of Danyang company to do the following work:This article analyzes the current distribution of the company,find out the existing problems,and establish the model with the goal of minimum total transportation cost and the constraint of meet customer specific requirements,and use artificial bee colony algorithm to solve the model.System simulation by using Matlab software.The best solution is compared with the delivery path before optimization,we can get the conclusion that the best solution not only shorten the transportation distance,but also reduce the transportation cost and increase the company's efficiency and competitiveness in the same time.
