Research Of The Performance Evaluation Of The Listed Companies In Chinese IT Industry Based On Factor Analysis

Since 2010,with the role of information technology on social and economic development is becoming increasingly apparent,IT industry is the pillar industry of national economy,with fundamental,guiding,and strategic.With the rapid development of mobile Internet,information consumption has become a new consumption hot spots,and Chinese IT enterprises get rapid growth in this opportunity.Meanwhile,competition within the IT industry has become increasingly fierce,many companies because of poor management,innovation capacity is weak,the market reaction is slow and other reasons was quickly eliminated.Due to poor management,weak innovation capacity,weak capital operation ability and other reasons,many enterprises are eliminated rapidly.Facing the opportunities and challenges of the realistic background,companies in IT industry need to continuously evaluate their own and competitors'performance level for improving business strategies and enhancing competitiveness.So it has become an research hotspot,on how to better evaluate and improve the level of operating performance of listed companies in Chinese IT industry.The research method of this paper include normative research and empirical analysis.Firstly,this paper describes the basic theories of performance evaluation,summarizes the results and development status of domestic and foreign research on the company's performance evaluation.It summarizes the research methods and evaluation System on the performance evaluation of listed companies as well as development status of listed companies in Chinese IT industry.Based on analysis of the literature,this paper determines to use the factor analysis method for analyzing performance evaluation of listed companies in Chinese IT industry and establish corresponding performance evaluation System.After that,this paper selects 89 companies listed on the small plates as total sample and use SPSS software to analyse the data of 2013 by the factor analysis method and obtain the scores and ranks of four major factors and the comprehensive Performance.Then it verifies the correlation between the comprehensive performance and ownership Structure,executive incentive,R&D investment ratio,company size by regression analysis method.Finally,according to research findings,it provide some effective countermeasures to upgrade the level of performance for the listed companies.
