In recent years, the banking business environment has changed greatly under the backgground of increasing global economic inflation pressure and slow development of Chinese economic. The rapid development of the information age has derived a lot of Internet banking, which has make a certain impact and diversion of customers on commercial banks. So, the whole industry is reshuffling, in order to gain a foothold under the new pattern, the domestic commercial banks faces the fierce competition and both the internal and external pressures: foreign banks strength and market share is increasing, which expands omni-directional competition with the domestic commercial banks; Besides,Competition among domestic banks becomes increasingly fierce. The number of domestic commercial banks grows rapidly, commercial banks are racing to snatch customers resources, these invisible pressures have naturally shifted to the frontier. The branch leaders have to assign a large number tasks to their employees for the purpose of performance, heavy daily tasks, and higher and higher requirement of leaders and clients caused great physical and mental pressure, and resulted in low efficiency, less employees have a sense of happiness,the brain drain phenomena is becoming more and more prominent, which affects the operation and operation of domestic commercial banks.Through the stratified random sampling method, a survey network was randomly selected from nine commercial banks in a city. Four tellers, three account managers, one lobby manager and one supervisor or director were randomly selected at each network. Through the questionnaire and interview, a sense of happiness evaluation index system was established. On the basis of the original data collected from the questionnaire, the weighted relationship between the gray absolute correlation degree and the relative degree of correlation is obtained by using the empowerment idea, which the advantages of the two and less subjective operation was taken into account, and make it closer to the reality of the problem. Through the above calculation, the gray correlation degree of the grassroots employee's happiness and various factors is solved, and the main factors influencing the happiness of the employees at the grass-roots level of the commercial banks are analyzed. The main factors that influences the happiness of the primary employees of the commercial banks are working pressure. The second most important factor is income, the growth of space is the third.According to the results of gray relational analysis, this paper puts forward the strategy of raising the happiness of the grassroots employees at the commercial banks in the city. We achieved the goal of improving employee happiness and efficiency through these strategies to provide a reference for the management of the bank. Only the well-being of employees is enhanced and enable employees to better serve customers, enhance customer satisfaction, and ultimately improve the bank's performance, market share, so the bank in the fierce competition in the market can develope well.
