As a result of the construction industry accidents caused by the enterprise also brought a heavy economic burden, the accident not only makes the cost of construction operations also reduces the efficiency of construction operations. Therefore, in the construction industry’s current employment system environment,improve the construction enterprise project management team safety management level, effective control and reduce the unsafe behavior of migrant workers has become the construction enterprises to improve profitability and operating efficiency,reduce operating costs The breakthrough point.Firstly, based on the domestic and foreign research on domestic and international work pressure and unsafe behavior, this paper introduces the concept of safety leadership in combination with the characteristics of construction management of domestic projects. How does the work pressure of the construction enterprise project management team affect the construction project migrant workers The paper puts forward the hypothesis, constructs the initial model of the relationship between the working pressure of the construction enterprise and the unsafe behavior of the migrant workers, tries to verify and explain the model through the empirical analysis, and obtain the construction management personnel of the construction enterprise Work pressure and migrant workers are not related to safety and other conclusions.Secondly, we designed questionnaire and unsafe behavior measurement tools, and carried out questionnaire survey and behavior data collection of 77 construction projects under construction and construction enterprises in Sichuan and Guangxi,China.Finally, the initial model is fitted, evaluated and revised by using AMOS21.0 and SPSS21.0. Finally, the relationship between the working pressure of construction enterprise and the unsafe behavior of migrant workers is determined and explained. The safety management level of the project management team of the construction enterprise, the countermeasures to reduce the unsafe behavior of the migrant workers in the construction project, and test the empirical conclusion through the longitudinal study of the case.
