With the rapid development of China's shipbuilding industry, the increasingly fierce competition between shipbuilding enterprises, how to effectively reduce the cost of shipbuilding enterprises, is the focus of the relevant parties. In the context of modern large-scale industrial development strategy, to solve the shipbuilding enterprises supply logistics cost optimization problem, help to reduce the logistics costs, inventory costs and out of stock costs, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, for national security and national economy Development has an indelible role.According to statistics, shipbuilding enterprises nearly 70% of the operating costs from the procurement costs, shipbuilding enterprises supply logistics optimization is particularly important. In view of this, firstly, on the basis of summarizing the detailed classification of related research at home and abroad, this paper determines the optimization of supply logistics cost of shipbuilding enterprises. Secondly, the shipbuilding enterprises involved in the relevant theoretical knowledge to introduce,including the ship manufacturing process, the basic procurement process and procurement management. In this paper,the mathematical model of logistics cost optimization problem of shipbuilding enterprises is established by minimizing the cost of logistics, the cost of stock and the cost of out-of-stock. The mathematical model is established as a nonlinear programming model. The problem of mixed genetic simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the problem.Finally, based on the practical examples of A shipbuilding enterprises, this paper gives the concrete dispatching scheme of logistics cost optimization problem of A shipbuilding enterprises, and verifies the validity and practicability of the proposed algorithm and model.
