In August 11,2013 the State Council issued "on accelerating the development of energy-saving environmental protection industry pointed out that the opinion" : the constraints of resources and environment are the prominent contradiction facing China’s current economic and social development.To solve the problem of energy saving and environmental protection,is to expand domestic demand and steady growth,structural adjustment,to create an important and urgent task China economic upgraded version.Energy is the material base of the social development process,and it is the lifeline of the country’s economy.China’s thermal power is the main source of power.Therefore,to improve the energy efficiency of coal-fired units and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction has become a huge challenge China’s power industry is facing.In this paper,"the comprehensive implementation of ultra low emission and energy conservation transformation of coal-fired power plants" as the research background,around the 600 MW subcritical unit of energy saving transformation.The main research work of this paper includes: firstly,the paper introduces the situation of 600 MW sub critical unit of A power plant,analyzes the necessity of energy saving and environmental protection project of subcritical unit and the target and technical route of energy saving and environmental protection.And then,according to the actual situation,this paper puts forward the corresponding reform plan from several aspects,such as steam turbine,thermal system,and boiler,auxiliary system of boiler,generator and electric system.Finally,from the four aspects of energy efficiency,coal saving benefit,compatibilization efficiency,coal saving financial incentives to return of energy efficiency and economic analysis,and from three aspects: the economic impact,social impact and environmental impact analysis of the impact.This study is designed to help power enterprise management personnel to control the real-time dynamic information of the unit efficiency and guidance related personnel of the operational parameters of the unit make reasonable adjustment,optimize the performance of the unit,fully tap the coal-fired generating units of theenergy-saving potential,enhancing the level of energy efficiency of power generation enterprises,bring considerable economic benefits to the enterprise.
