Research And Implementation Of Electricity Charges Payment Security Technology Based On U-shield

With the continuous expansion of power business,the requirements of power companies to improve the level of quality service increase continuously,while Internet technology penetrate all walks of life,the power industry has begun to enter the "Internet +" mode,online payment and other technical means has become the important part of electricity Industry to enhance services level.But the internet security has been a problem cannot be ignored,the traditional sales model and the new marketing business requirements of the enterprise management technology have put forward higher requirements and challenges.This paper firstly analyzes the types and advantages and disadvantages of the payment methods in the electric power industry,and clarifies the demand.On this basis,do research and integration of the existing U-Shield security mechanism and related theory,digital certificates and secure communications and online payment technology,and put forward a way of online security payment method,design and implementation of a set of U-Shieldbased power payment system.Based on the U-Shield with display screen and the press keys using(SM)series algorithm provided by the National Cipher Bureau and SM2 certificate with higher security level for data communication and identity authentication,to guarantees the user's and individual's Information and account security,and integrate with the power industry's existing integrated billing platform for business interactions.System program using the method of installation-free,users run the application in U-shield,complete the identification and start paying,after the completion of payment,for the actual situation in some areas,increase the function of writing cards,complete payment,write Card and electricity supply in a same time,which is convenient and quick.Based on the above research,this paper designs and realizes the system,and the research results have been applied in demonstration.From the actual use shows that the system can be user-friendly operation of the general power business,and ease the business pressure of the power office and reduce labor costs,complete the recovery of electricity tariffs to reduce transit time so that power funds can be credited to the account timely,the level of the enterprise marketing services have a certain improvement,the results have a strong value of promoting prospects.
