China Southern Power Grid has begun to promote the management system of “big logistics,big distribution” since 2012,aiming at building a material management mode of flattened warehouse hierarchy,reasonable inventory quota,standardized cross-regional distribution and complete service function.Under continuous progress of “big logistics,big distribution”,the material storage system of Southern Power Grid has gradually changed from three-level structure of “primary warehouse + secondary warehouse + emergency kit” to two-level structure of “regional logistics platform(sub-depot)+ emergency kit”,forming a distribution network structure with large coverage area and multiple demand points.Therefore,it is necessary to study the replenishment distribution route optimization problem of grid emergency kit.This paper conducts some research aiming at replenishment distribution route optimization problem of grid emergency kit.Firstly,this paper combs relevant points of grid emergency kit's replenishment distribution,including the transformation of power grid warehouse levels in the few years,four kinds of material distribution modes,and the replenishment distribution process for grid emergency kits in Yunnan Power Grid Co.Secondly,this paper builds the VRP model for emergency kits' replenishment distribution.On the basis of introducing relevant theories of vehicle routing problem,the paper describes the problem of emergency kits' replenishment distribution and establishes a corresponding VRP model aiming at current state of storage and distribution management in municipal power supply bureau.Thirdly,this paper designs the ant colony algorithm for solving VRP model.On the basis of introducing relevant theories of basic ant colony algorithm,the paper devises a modified ant colony algorithm suitable for replenishment distribution VRP model aiming at vehicle capacity constraints.Fourthly,this paper carries out an example analysis according to the physical truth of replenishment distribution in Kunming Power Supply Bureau.On the basis of collecting relevant data of geographical positions and replenishment demands,the paper respectively optimizes the replenishment distribution routes of main urban area,eight counties and the whole Kunming city,and makes comparative analysis between original and optimized distribution distances.Under the background of “big logistics,big distribution” mode,it is meaningful to strengthen application research of grid emergency kits' replenishment distribution route optimization.Convenient,economical and reasonable routing arrangements are contributed to the timely and accurate supply of grid materials and effective reduction of storage and distribution cost.Combining with relevant theories of vehicle routing problem(VRP)and ant colony algorithm(ACO),this paper conducts research aiming at replenishment distribution route problem of grid emergency kit.The main innovations of this paper are as follows.1)Innovation in topic selection.The “big logistics,big distribution” mode of Southern Power Grid has just been put forward less than five years.Besides,researches on grid materials distribution problem are mainly concentrated in a specific material or emergency materials,lacking of systematic study which is aimed at grid warehouse replenishment distribution problem.This paper conducts a study of replenishment distribution route optimization of municipal power supply bureau;the topic selection closely fits in with the requirement of current materials intensive management.2)Theoretical innovation.On the basis of vehicle routing problem and ant colony algorithm,this paper builds the VRP model for grid emergency kits' replenishment distribution,and designs the ant colony algorithm for solving model.Through the way of combining existing theories with practical problems,the paper contributes to enrich the theory system of replenishment distribution problem.3)Application innovation.This paper carries on an analysis on the physical truth of replenishment distribution in Kunming Power Supply Bureau.According to the present situations of dispersed materials capital property in each county company and picked up replenishment to emergency kits,the paper proposes sub-regional replenishment distribution route optimization schemes for main city area and eight counties.What's more,this paper further plans the replenishment distribution route under the mode of two-level warehouse structure in the future,constructing a big warehousing distribution network which is “regional logistics platform”-centric and radiates the whole Kunming city.
