A Company Ecuador Copper Project Financing Research

With the improvement of China's economic development level and the degree of opening to the outside world,China participate the process of globalization gradually deepening,and especially in the recent years,under the international review,the two national strategy layout,“The Belt and Road” and the National Capacity Cooperation,provide more opportunity for overseas investment to Chinese enterprises.The overseas investment project,with high cost and high risk,needs a great quantity of money,so it is critical to solve the financial problem of the overseas project effectively.Currently,our overseas investment funds still mainly come from the government investment and bank loan,which is difficult to meet the increasing fund demand of the international financing project.And our international financing projects are facing a series of problems,such as single investment subject,less financing mode,imbalance in the financing structure,which seriously hindered the go-out pace of the Chinese enterprises.This paper firstly reviews the current study on the domestic and international project financing,and elaborates the relevant theories of project financing.Then taking the Ecuador Copper project from Company A as an example,make the intensive research on the project financing problem.Through the actual research and quantitative analysis,analyze the current situation of Ecuador Copper project from company A,and find out the problems in the financing process in the aspects of the financing structure,financing mode,and financing risk,etc..With the help of the relevant financing theory,analyze the cause of the problems one by one,and propose the suggestions to solve them.And hope to provide the reference for our overseas project financing activities through the research on this project.
