Research On Sustainable Growth Of Modern Pharmacy Based On Financial Perspective

Sustainable growth seems to be a problem for business management that is hard to deal with,mainly for senior managers treat economic growth as the first task that must be achieved.From the standpoint of managers,the increase of economic growths must make companies gain more market shares as well as profits.However,from a financial point of view,growth is not always a boon,since rapid growth leads to the lack of company’s resources and all these companies that with slow economic growths are sensitive to the negative financial results,they would not suffer from the restless anger shareholders,the board of directors and the potential buyers of the pressure.Therefore,the above two cases about the problem of sustainable growths of enterprises showed us a necessary trend of being worth investigating carefully.This paper mainly adopts the method of case study,Firstly,on the basis of previous studies,the concept of sustainable development and sustainable growth of enterprises is distinguished,putting forward the definition of sustainable growth from the financial perspective;Secondly,analyzing the external and internal factors of sustainable growth from the financial perspective,introduces two most widely used sustainable growth models based on financial perspective,and compare them.Finally,the sustainable growth model which is used in this paper is Higgins model.Then take Shanghai Modern Pharmaceutical Ltd as the research object,utilizing Higgins model to calculate the actual growth rate and sustainable growth rate,but found that the two have a great difference.With the question,the author began to conduct in-depth analysis of the financial situation of the enterprise.In the analysis,author find that there are some deficiencies in the sustainable growth of enterprises,Finally,put forward some targeted suggestions.
