Research On The Development Of Leisure Agriculture In Langfang City

In the report of the eighteen Party Congress,the problem of agriculture,countryside and farmers is the most important task of the whole party.Leisure agriculture,as a new form of rural industry and a new form of consumption,with policy guidance,demand and supply driven force works together,plays an active role in promoting the local farmers employment,increasing the income of farmers,enhancing the city residents happiness index,promoting urban and rural communication etc.However,facing with rising consumer demand and the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,Langfang has its unique advantages in the development of leisure agriculture,still there are some problems.In order to speed up the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,improve agricultural service function,to realize Langfang “green rise” and proceed a breakthrough to promote the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin and Hebei,Langfang must act according to circumatances to have the breakthrough and innovation of the development of leisure agriculture.The thesis makes the development of leisure agriculture in Langfang city as the research content,takes three research methods of survey,literature research and case analysis.Based on the study of leisure agriculture at home and abroad,the thesis studies on the market supply and demand characteristics and satisfaction evaluation and summarizes the development of leisure agriculture in Langfang,analyzes the problems of the development of leisure agriculture in Langfang,for instance,the fragile development of rural landscape,the low-end tourism products,the lackcess of cultural connotations,the “low small scattered” scale of the industry,the single model and inadequate marketing,probes into the development strategy of Langfang leisure agriculture,for instance,to develop the rural landscape,and to develop the product characteristics,to develop leisure agriculture's cultural connotation,to further expand the industrial scale,to develop the diversified organization mode and to increase marketing efforts.Finally the thesis concludes in Langfang leisure agriculturemarket,the demand is diversified and personalized features and participation,experience orientation,it must focus on the following six aspects which are the landscape,product,culture,scale and organization.
