The Empirical Analysis And Research On The Institutional Investors' Participation In The Management Of Forestry Listed Companies

As one of the core of forestry industry in China,has an important effect to the development of China's economy.The institutional investors as the main participants of the listed forestry companies,also has a greater impact on the forestry governance of listed companies,and how the institutional investors to optimize the management of our country forestry listed companies'that has become the social concern.Based on this,this study from the following parts for institutional investors to participate in forestry governance of Listed Companies Empirical Analysis.The first part is the introduction,introduces the research background and significance of the topic,research contents and research methods,and research status at home and abroad for institutional investors and corporate governance of listed forestry carried out comprehensive analysis.The second part is the theoretical basis,and through the elaboration of the forestry listed companies and institutional investors of the basic concept,put forward the theory research of this paper,including the principal-agent theory,ownership structure theory and corporate governance theory,which lay a theoretical support and help for effective research and analysis below.The third part mainly analyzes the institutional investors to participate in the governance of forestry listed companies,based on introducing the basic situation of forestry listed companies and institutional investors,institutional investors to participate in the analysis of forestry listed company governance of the external environment and internal environment.The fourth part of the forestry institutional investors participate in the corporate governance mode of listed companies by empirical analysis,and to our country the Jinggu forestry,Yongan forestry and Yihua timber as the main research object,the single main business management,diversification management and innovative business conduct a detailed empirical analysis and as the main content of this research are analyzed.The fifth part from the government,the main problems of forestry listed companies and institutional investors three aspects of institutional investors participating in forestry governance of listed companies has carried on the comprehensive analysis,and unified research combined with the current development of forestry listed companies at present.The sixth part is countermeasures and suggestions to improve the institutional investors to participate in the forestry listed company governance,corresponding problems in the fifth part,from the government policy,the forestry listed companies and institutional investors three aspects puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.Through the analysis and research,will provide theoretical support and help for the healthy development of China's forestry listed companies,institutional investors will also increase the level of participation in the forestry listed companies,has laid a good foundation for the company's overall governance capacity.
