The Research Of ABC Branch Of China Life Insurance Company Budget Management Improvement

Since the reform and opening up, people's lives become more wealthy, the focus on the health makes insurance gradually occupy a certain position in people's lives . Facing the rare development opportunity, how to manage the allocation of resources to find scientific,rational and effective way, and how to apply them, accelerate the pace of progress to mobilize the enthusiasm of the sales force, and enhance the competitiveness of companies,dominate the market,is a comprehensive budget management needed to explored and study.This article first puts forward the budget management problems of ABC branch of China Life Insurance Company, we find that the deeper incentives of these problems have seriously affected the ABC Company's efficiency and effectiveness of budget management,restricted the company's sustainable development and core competitiveness. This paper attempts to improve budget management of ABC Company. Specifically through the improvement of ABC's budget management, the improvement of budget management execution control, and the improvement of budget performance evaluation, thus achieves the company's great-leap-forward development of budget management.
