| Today,the attention of health is getting higher and higher among the public.The spending in home medical devices has gradually increased in the proportion of health.Along with the mature development of domestic e-commerce and the opening of the relevant national policies,home medical devices are invariably turned to the market potential of the online market,which be provided with home diagnosis,treatment,rehabilitation,health care,what’s more whose sales situation is excellent.But as the health products are closely linked with the consumer health and switch from the traditional online retail market to the online market,home medical software are not popular when compared with offline market.Public demand urgently for rising it to scientific problems.Still,the current for such special products acceptance behavior research is still relatively few.In order to solve these problems,this paper summarizes the specialty of home medical software and the characteristics of thoses products.Based on the research and development of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper summarizes the particularity and characteristics of home medical software,builds the home medical software acceptance behavior model by using UTAUT2,adding perceived risk factors and trust factors.This is an empirical study of 667 questionnaire,605 valid questionnaires;and through factor analysis,structural equation model analysis,this paper put forward a theoretical model is verified and corrected,the domestic medical software online shopping acceptance behavior of verification,put forward the special products more suitable for household medical software the online shopping acceptance behavior model,and the main conclusions are as follows:(1)There are significant impact of online trust and performance expectations,low price,social influence and perceived risk on household medical software online shopping acceptance behavior intention,behavior intention and perceived risk has anegative impact on consumers,the impact of online trust is the largest,followed by the performance expectancy,social influence,perceived price,risk,social impact.(2)There is no significant influence on the willingness to participate in the online shopping behavior of household medical products.(3)Accept the behavior factors in home medical software online shopping,online trust and perceived risk factors between performance expectations,low price,social influence,influence each other,and the empirical study proved that between online trust and perceived risk is negative correlation.Finally,based on the results of the empirical study,this paper puts forward some management strategies for the online market of home healthcare software. |
