The Research Of Retailar Pricing And Purchasing Stratrgy Under The Two Stage Supply Chain Based On Delay In Payments

Faced with the increasingly fierce market competition,the supplier will provide a deferred payment contract which allows the retailer to deferred payment for a certain period of time,in order to sell more products to more customers,and for reducing the credit risk that comes with the deferred payment contract the supplier will put forward some restrictions to benefit themselves.As a retailer,how to determine the ordering and the reasonable pricing strategy for the products to maximize their own profit based on the contract suppliers established have become the academic focus issue.In order to make the research have more significance in practice,this paper is based on the assumption that all the research are under a two level supply chain of a single retailer and supplier,the supplier put forward the condition of the cash discount,the critical order quantity and the first payment and so on,establish the optimal decision of the retailer while the models are based on different preconditions: full deferred payment and partial deferred payment.And I give out a position numerical algorithm,and simulate it.The final example shows that the deferred payment contract provided by the supplier can improve the retailer's order quantity to a certain extent.But for retailers,the contract with cash discount,the critical conditions of the batch made by supplier which will result in the decline of profit can be adjusted by updating their own purchasing cycle,the price of products,in order to achieve the goal of profit benefit maximization.The establishment of the deferred payment contract enriched the theory and applied research of the supply chain,the model in this paper is close to reality as faras possible,and the conclusions I get can provide certain theoretical basis and guiding significance,but also provide reference for the future study in this field.
