With the advancement of intelligent terminals,Mobile Internet has penetrated into people's daily life,such as games,shopping,social networking,and advertisements,and is also changing the way people behave and live.The number of Mobile users is growing steadily,which lays a strong user base for the development of Mobile Internet economy and the development of Wi-Fi industry.Wi-Fi equipment manufacturers and service providers could possess many opportunities in the future.Although government regulation and telecom operators impose control on the industrial chain and also the existing competition between equipment business,these three interacts and restricts the development of the market,but in the next few years,the demand for Wi-Fi products in business and individual customer market may increase dramatically.As a professional high-tech enterprise engaging in industry research and development of hardware and related production,including sales integration,network optimization and co dimension and all kinds of Internet value-added business operation of,T has become a well-known communication industry with perfect service system,strong technical force,rich experience and information resources,and strong market force since the establishment of the company.This paper aims to analyze and explore the development of the internal and external development environment of T company by using the MBA strategic management theory,combined with the related research results of industry experts and scholars and important thoughts,using literature analysis,empirical research and other research methods,and start from the strategic development level,using the research tools of SWOT analysis,to explore the development and strategy of T company,finally proposed affirmative measures to adapt to the development and strategy implementation of T company.According to the research of the article that the business development strategy of T company will choose the implementation integration strategy in the future.In business,T company will establish the whole Wi-Fi industry chain with hardware,software and services,including equipment sales,system integration,network operation and maintenance,network optimization,software development,Wi-Fi operating platform,the application of big data.Keep focusing on the acting sales of products,Wi-Fi network optimization,maintenance of the traditional advantage businesses.Besides,on the basis of solidifying foundation of existing service sector,service faced with industries will be increased with the combination of putting forward with solutions to the Wi-Fi services. At the same time,the company carrying out integration construction in the existing Wi-Fi platforms.With the whole industry chain,the collection,development,and application for big data will become the core elements of competition advantage.Based on the using of big data,impel businesses,users,manufacturers into one,and ultimately enhance the overall competitiveness of T company,and gradually transformed into the core competitiveness.
