Distribution center and distribution path is the core of chain supermarket.Reasonable distribution activity is the key of success in management.The logistics system network is the spatial structure of logistics system.It is also the circulation process of the goods from the distribution center to the demand point.Reasonable logistics network model is of great significance to improve the distribution efficiency and save the cost of transportation.This paper bases on two modes of single logistics facility network model(CED)and multiple facilities logistics network model(LD-CED),in each kind of model,distribution center location and distribution path are optimized,at the same time,setting up two different distribution network models.In order to get a better distribution network model,comparing loading rate and the rate of distribution distance and cost optimization of the two modes.Firstly,this paper describes the basic research theory of distribution center location and distribution path optimization problem.With the specific literature,this paper introduces the basic methods and principles of distribution center location,and sums up all types of distribution mode and logistics network model of the current chain enterprises,which lays a theoretical foundation for the later research.Secondly,in the analysis of Carrefour stores in South China region distribution,in a single facility logistics network model,distribution center work as collection,exchange and distribution functions(collection,exchange and delivery)in CED logistics network model,Exact center of gravity method is applied to solve this kind of individual facilities location planning problem;with the improved constraints of the savings algorithm of path optimization,getting the CED model of logistics network distribution plan.Thirdly,in the multiple facilities logistics network model(logistics and distribution center)LD-CED logistics network model,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to solve multiple facilities location problem,getting the optimal number of distribution centers.With application of integration method of distribution center location and route optimization(integration of distribution centre location and distribution Routines,IDCLDR),establishing model and solving the model by making assumption about demand in distribution center for zero and the candidate cities can be repeatedly passed through,LD-CED logistics network model is realizedFinally,LD-CED and CED the two kinds of logistics network model are compared respectively from three aspects:the freight rate,distribution distance and transportation costs,CED mode is better than LD-CED mode in carry cargo rate,but LD-CED mode is better than the CED model in distribution of distance and transportation cost optimization rate,and prove the effectiveness of integration algorithm method.The integration algorithm method of distribution location and distribution route is successful in the Carrefour in the South China region case.It will provide example for the chain supermarket in logistics distribution center location and path optimization work,so as to improve the efficiency of distribution of goods,enhance the economic benefit that the logistics provide.
