A Comparative Study On The Growth Of Cross-strait Photoelectric Lighting Companies

In recent years,with the development of economic,environmental pollution and energy crisis have become increasingly prominent,which causing people to focus on green energy and energy-saving emission.LED lighting has more advantages of environmental protection and energy saving than traditional lighting,therefore widely favored by all walks of life.As the main body of the LED industry,the development status of opto-electronics lighting enterprise is leading to more special attention from all walks of life.As one of the evaluation indicators of enterprise performance(the enterprise growth)can reflect the ability of enterprises to grow,so this paper will research on the opto-electronics lighting enterprise growth.Although the mainland LED industry started earlier,but officially began in 2003,there are big obstacles to the development.Although the mainland and Taiwan region in terms of culture,customs and other aspects are closer,but in the LED industry economic development,the development of the LED industry in Taiwan scale,speed and advanced nature is significantly better than the mainland.This paper compares the growth of the photoelectric lighting enterprises listed on both sides of the strait and its influencing factors,and provides evidence the poor growth areas should be how to learn from the good growth areas to improve the growth of optoelectronic lighting enterprises.In this paper,through the review of many domestic and foreign literature,and based on the other relevant theory,the purpose of this paper to carry out specific research.This study chooses the data of the opto-electronics lighting enterprises listed on both sides of the strait from 2012 to 2014 as the sample data,and carries on the empirical analysis.First of all,this paper uses the principal component analysis method to evaluate the growth of the sample enterprises on both sides of the strait respectively,and then calculate the comprehensive score of the growth of the optoelectronic lighting enterprises on the cross-strait,and make a comparative analysis to see if there is any difference,if there are differences,to conduct further research.Taking the comprehensive score of the two sides to represent the growth of the sample enterprises,five variables were selected from three aspects:cash holdings,technological innovation and executive incentive.The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression method and analyzed by SPSS statistical analysis software.The results show that the growth of cross-strait listed optoelectronic lighting enterprises is influenced by various factors,and the more practical results are obtained.The results show that:the two sides listed on the growth of opto-electronics lighting enterprises situation,the Taiwan region was significantly better than the mainland.And the cash holdings has a significant positive effect on the growth of listed optoelectronic lighting enterprises in Taiwan,and has no significant effect on the growth of optoelectronic lighting enterprises listed on the mainland;R & D investment intensity has a significant negative effect to both of the two sides listed on the growth of optoelectronic lighting enterprises;The proportion of technical staff on the cross-strait listed optoelectronic lighting enterprises are not significant.The Executive compensation has a significant positive effect to both of the two sides listed on the growth of optoelectronic lighting enterprises.The proportion of shares held by senior management has a significant positive effect on the growth of listed optoelectronic lighting enterprises in Taiwan,and has no significant effect on the growth of optoelectronic lighting enterprises listed on the mainland.Finally,according to the cross-strait differences,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the growth of the optovoltaic lighting enterprises listed on the mainland on the results of this study.
