With the development of computer technology and network technology,more and more countries and regions have put the informatization of Medical Insurance on their agenda,Medical Insurance Supervision Information Systme,as a key practical method of Medical Insurance,now is applied by more and more institues.S city’s Medical Insurance Supervision Bureau affilated to S city’s Human Resource Social Security Bureau,is an inspection&enforcement team that is responsible for medical insurance supervision inspecting and examination.Since S city’s Medical Insurance Bureau was founded,it has encountered diverse problems when checking various major and serious cases.For instance,under the circumstance of numerous audit data,although they did pre-audit by using computer,it caused a problem that a large number of illegal data could not be screening according to backward PC system.Therefore,we still need do manual work to screening illegal data that have been filtered.Hand auditing has some disadvantages such as long-term audit,low speed and inefficiency,which lead to many illegal behaviors are not be able to be dealt with,and the fund of medical insurance faces damage risk.According to the problems we have,a perfect Medical Insurance Supervision Information System will be needed to adapt to business and management requirements.This thesis focus on the research of S city’s practical construction of medicinal insurance supervision information system,stating the necessity and feasibility of building S city’s medicinal insurance supervision information system,and putting forward the purpose,development methods,system framework,operation flow,system function and system implementation procedures of building S city’s medicinal insurance supervision information system.At last,by studying S city’s construction of medicinal insurance supervision information system,we are able to summarize the difficulties and safeguard measures that we should pay attention to during the process of S city’s practical construction of medicinal insurance supervision information system.
