Research On The Development Strategy Of Investment Banking Business Of China Construction Bank Shanxi Branch

Investment banking is the main use of resources integration,all kinds of resources on the internal commercial banks and other financial institutions to optimize the configuration,operation and management of commercial banks in order to better accomplish routine business,investment banking business development,realize the mutual supplement of the two sides of business content,realize the comprehensive competitiveness of commercial banks and business level.This concept has been used in domestic financial industry.In this paper,the current domestic and foreign commercial bank investment banking business are summarized,analyzing and learning through the success of the western commercial bank investment banking in developed countries,the experience obtained in domestic investment banking.Using the SWOT analysis of Shanxi branch of China Construction Bank investment banking is studied in detail,which lays the foundation for the formulation of development strategy,this paper established the Shanxi branch of China Construction Bank investment banking business development planning: first,to accelerate investment banking reform,improve the proportion of direct financing,vigorously develop consultancy services,development of PPP market business and investment loan linkage.Second,establish and improve the operational mechanism of investment banks,and effectively do the customer as the core of the operation of the bank,the development of more customer groups,focusing on the cooperation of banks and institutions within and outside the organization.Third,the development of professional qualified business personnel,the establishment of high-quality,efficient core team.Talent is the basis for the smooth development of the investment banking business,effective incentives will play a multiplier effect.Fourth,the establishment of a sound investment banking risk management system for the business of all aspects of the development of effective risk prediction standards,business risk control within the safety line.In this paper,the Shanxi branch of China Construction Bank investment banking as the research object,combining the present situation of business operation of the line and analyzes the market situation,the development of investment banking business for its development planning more scientific and reasonable,can be used as the Shanxi branch of China Construction Bank to carry out investment banking when reference.
