In recent years,with China's sustained and rapid economic development,China's insurance market rapid developing,the insurance market structure is becoming more and more complete.PA endowment insurance company as one of the leaders of the insurance market,the enterprise good momentum of development,has become China's largest pension insurance company.After more than 10 years for earnest operation,up to at the end of June 2015,the PA endowment insurance Limited by Share Ltd has a total of 35 branch offices,127 marketing centers and more than 200 branches in the country.The company's management of pension assets of more than 280 billion yuan,accounting for 30%of the market share,ranking first in the market and achieve a net profit of 975 million yuan,an increase of 79.2%;in the number of customers,PA endowment insurance has accumulated 1 million 200 thousand corporate clients and 95 million 610 thousand individual customers to provide insurance services.But have made considerable progress in the performance of the company in,at the same time there are several existing problems in product marketing section:That product positioning is inaccurate causes the insurance is difficult to adapt to the needs of the market;The marketing mode is still not out of the extensive,lack of depth development of the traded of customers.In the domestic endowment insurance market competition more and more fierce,the problems in the market of PA endowment insurance company greatly hindered the company product sales and business development,and hind the future potential problems foe the sustainable development.In view of this,this paper aims to find a way to solve the current PA endowment insurance company marketing problems.Through detailed demonstration,this paper argues that only through mining the traded of customers to achieve precision marketing in order to solve the PA endowment insurance company marketing problems fundamentally.The main content of this paper is mainly divided into the following three aspects:first of all,the analysis of marketing situation of PA company's current endowment insurance,product positioning,lack of depth development of the the traded of customers are problems of the PA endowment insurance companies in product marketing which urgently need to be solved,propose solutions to achieve precision marketing through the analysis of the current marketing problems;secondly,according to the actual customer information data collected in the PA endowment insurance company used the methods of data mining and achieved the accurate classification of customers,so that found the customers and business classification features to identify potential marketing opportunities.And to promote precision marketing work of the PA endowment insurance company made a number of recommendations.
