Evaluation On The Construction Of Smart City In Xiangtan Based On The SOM Network And Time Series Analysis

The construction of intelligent city is an important indicator that decides whether a city is a civilized harmonious city.As a center city of a national Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration \ "two type society\" comprehensive reform pilot area Xiangtan city is taking,an active part in the construction of wisdom in the city of urban agglomeration.However,for those cities which are building the visual data can not be easily used for the wisdom urban construction indicators.So in this paper,we evaluate the construction of the wisdom city from the perspective quantitative analysis.At first,we found the related indicators of the construction of wisdom cities from the Chinese city statistic yearbook.Then by using MATLAB and a combination of SPSS statistical software we analyze the infrastructure,human capital,economic business,public service,environment which are five big aspects and analyze,home Internet users,family mobile phone users,the third industry share of GDP,the per capita GDP,per capita expenditure for science and technology,urban road area,education expenditure,the third industry employment,public library,and residents per one hundred people living water,greenbelt area per capita and residents living electricity which are twelve small concrete indicators.Then we use the hierarchy analytic process to determine index weight,use self-organizing mirror(SOM)neural network analysis and time series regression analysis method to analyze the index data processing and get the comprehensive evaluation of the construction of wisdom city in Xiangtan city.Comparing with the top developed cities at present in China,we find that Xiangtan has a big gap between the developed cities in infrastructure and public services.Then we point out all the aspects of the construction of wisdom city for Xiangtan in the future.Our results can provide good advice for the construction of wisdom city in Xiangtan city.
